The Review Process
The Assistant Pastor will form an interview team made up of himself and members of the URC congregation.
That team will review applications, decide which applicants to interview, and conduct the interviews.
The team will then recommend to the URC Executive Committee how many ministry trainees to hire for the upcoming year and which candidates to select. The Executive Committee will review those recommendations and approve or reject the applicants.
