Purpose

The Women’s Doctrine Study exists to help women at URC know Christ more deeply through faithful books — Puritan classics, Reformed theology, and thoughtful contemporary works. We read slowly, ask honest questions, and apply Scripture to everyday life together.

You do not need a seminary background to participate. Whether you are new to the church or have walked with Christ for decades, you are welcome at the discussion table.

A long-standing tradition

For many years, URC women have met every other Wednesday during the school year to work through a shared book. Over the years the study has become a consistent rhythm of fellowship for many women - a place where generations of women learn side-by-side, share testimony, and encourage one another in the faith.
