Parenting Children With Special Needs

This fall, there will be an evening discussion group for women on the book The Life We Never Expected by Andrew and Rachel Wilson. The book brings gospel hope into the pain and joys of parenting children with special needs. The Wilsons talk about how to weep, worship, wait, witness, and breathe through different aspects of unexpected trials (they have 2 children with autism). Join us if you have a child with unique challenges or want to understand/support someone who does. We will meet five Wednesday evenings in October and November (opposite weeks of the women’s evening bible study) in the basement Alumni Room at URC from 7-8:30 (during DIG).
